Chauffeurs
A great job opportunity for retirees and others that want to make extra money.
Duties:
- Chauffeuring clients in Town Cars, limousines, vans, SUVs and our mini limobus
- Assuring that clients are comfortable and relaxed while being chauffeured
- Washing and cleaning vehicles when necessary
- Keeping our fleet in pristine condition
Requirements:
- A clean and safe driving record
- Punctuality, etiquette, excellent customer service and communication skills
- On-call scheduling and availability
- Must have your own cell phone
- Minimum age requirements for all chauffeurs is 25 years old
- A knowledge of the area and the ability to follow maps and directions
- GPS unit (recommended but not required)
- Black suit, white shirt and tie required for corporate sedan and van charters
- A tuxedo required for special events and limousine charters
- Previous experience is a plus
Office Personnel
Duties:
- Taking reservations and up selling charters
- Working with clients, vendors, chauffeurs and others to keep the office functioning smoothly
- Bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Scheduling charters
Requirements:
- General computer skills
- Quickbooks experience
- Excellent and phone etiquette and annunciation
- Experience with Microsoft Works Database
- Flexible schedule
- Possible internship for college student needing part-time employment.
Detailer
Duties:
- Detailing vehicles to keep our fleet in pristine condition for charters, shows and events
- Making sure that detailing supplies are in stock
- General upkeep and cleaning of the garage and work area
Requirements:
- Must have a passion for cars and the desire to make them beautiful!
- Knowledge of detailing and patience to clean every detail of the vehicle
- Minimum age for detailer only is 18 years old
- If it becomes necessary to drive vehicles, minimum age is 25 years old with a safe and clean driving record
- Partial set schedule and/or on-call for extra busy days
